At Tioraa, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or significantly different product from what was advertised, please contact us and we’ll be happy to assist you.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • The product arrived damaged or defective.
  • You received the wrong product.
  • The product is materially different from the description or specifications shown on our website.
  • You must raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery
  • The product is missing essential parts or accessories that were included in the listing.

Return requests should generally be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

To help us process your request quickly, please contact us at tioraastore@gmail.com and include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs or a video showing the product and the problem.

2. Products That Cannot Be Returned

Certain products may not be eligible for return due to their nature, including products that:

  • Have been used, washed, damaged, or altered after delivery.
  • Requests raised after 48 hours of delivery
  • Are returned without their original packaging, tags, or accessories where these are required for the return.
  • Orders without a valid unboxing video
  • Are personalized or made specifically for the customer, where applicable.
  • Are otherwise identified as non-returnable on the product page.

These exclusions do not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

3. Return Process

To request a return:

  1. Email tioraastore@gmail.com with your order number.
  2. Explain the reason for your return.
  3. Provide photographs or video evidence if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  4. We will review your request and provide return instructions if the return is approved.
  5. Please do not send a product back without receiving return instructions from Tioraa.

4. Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will generally be issued to the original payment method.

The time required for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, payment provider, or other payment method.

If the issue is caused by Tioraa, such as receiving a defective, damaged, incorrect, or materially misdescribed product, we will handle the refund or replacement in accordance with applicable law and our return process.

5. Return Shipping

If the return is due to a product being defective, damaged, incorrect, or materially different from what was advertised, Tioraa will provide appropriate instructions regarding return shipping.

For other types of returns, any applicable return shipping costs will be communicated before the return is processed.

6. Exchanges

Where possible, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund for defective, damaged, or incorrect products.

Replacement availability depends on stock. If a replacement is unavailable, an eligible refund may be provided.

7. Damaged Orders

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please take photographs or video of the package before opening it, if possible.

If the product inside is damaged, contact us at tioraastore@gmail.com as soon as possible and provide your order details and supporting photographs or video.

8. Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel an order, contact us at tioraastore@gmail.com as soon as possible.

We will try to accommodate cancellation requests made before the order has been processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible and the applicable return process may apply.
